![]() With the new Master Volume control, it’s now possible to duck all audio being played by Farrago, fading between two distinct Master Volume levels with a single click or keyboard shortcut. This “Now Playing” info is also now properly accessible via VoiceOver, for our visually impaired users. Farrago now displays colored bubbles to show what audio is being played, with the playback status of that audio shown visually within the bubbles. The LCD display at the top of Farrago’s main window has been updated and improved, to better show information on what’s currently playing. It features both Queued and Continuous playback modes, new Next and Previous playback controls, optional fading between tiles, an improved Notes field, and much more. I can’t say it’s my favorite kind of hallucinogenic Alice in Wonderland cookie, but I won’t accuse it of lulling me to sleep, either.īradley Cooper plays Eddie Morra, a blocked writer and worthless slacker who is such a loser he can’t even pay the rent on his filthy one-room New York tenement. The farrago of alternate-reality paranoia called Limitless opens with the narrative voice of the protagonist, a guy with a four-digit IQ standing on top of a building ready to jump, asking: “Why is it the minute your life exceeds you wildest dreams, a knife appears at your back?” The rest of this labored but lively contrivance tells you what went wrong, leaving out the part about how the thing that goes wrong the most is the movie itself.
